Bourbon Month
Join us every September for Sacramento Bourbon Month, a month-long celebration of our national spirit! de Vere’s Irish Pub is the home of Sacramento’s largest whiskey library, so this is the perfect place (and opportunity) to brush up on your bourbon drinking. We’ll have Bourbon Education Nights every Tuesday of the month, special bourbon flights, tastings, and cocktails, plus a special bourbon-inspired menu complete with bourbon pairings. Dennis Tobin, Ambassador Sazerac Distillery, will be walking guests through the history, production and taste of W.L. Weller, Eagle Rare, Blantons, Sazerac and Buffalo Trace.
$20 includes education, tasting, and light appetizers.

Tuesday, September 13th at 6pm
Lincoln Henderson, creator of Angel’s Envy and former Master Distiller of Brown Forman (Gentleman Jack, Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel, Woodford Reserve), will be mingling with you and sharing his wealth of knowledge and passion for bourbon. Lincoln will be especially excited to share his very own Angel’s Envy Bourbon.
$10 includes Angel’s Envy Manhattan, education and Angel’s Envy tasting with Lincoln. Or, for only $15 more, you can enjoy the tasting experience with Lincoln and hang out after for our special dinner: smoked and bourbon-glazed chicken with potatoes and jalapeño cornbread.
