We take St. Patrick’s Day VERY seriously at de Vere’s Irish Pub! Every year, we aim to surprise our hundreds (and hundreds) of revelers with new and different events to make sure everyone gets the ultimate authentic-Irish experience.

As always, our pubs’ doors will open at 8am—and our famous Irish coffees will be piping hot and ready to serve. It’s a great way to kick off the day.

ST. PATRICK’S 2012: LET THE SESSION BEGIN

Sunday, March 11
Shamrockin’ Sunday- Sacramento Pub

After the Shamrock’n Half Marathon, come recover (and carbo load!) at the pub.
We’ll be serving a full brunch, complete with our Almost Famous Irish Coffees,
bottomless champagne bottle service, and Bloody Marys to help loosen up those
muscles. We’ll even have lemon-lime Gatorade to help you refuel, festively!

Monday, March 12
St. Baldrick’s Day- Sacramento Pub

How much money would it take for you to shave your head? What if all that
money went to making a difference in the lives of children battling cancer? That’s
what St. Baldrick’s Day is all about—going bald for a good cause. Come shave
your head—and collect donations for doing so—or watch others get buzzed
bald. We have partnered with the Keating Raphael Memorial to host another
successful St. Baldrick’s event. All money raised will benefit the St. Baldrick’s
Foundation.

TraDISHional Monday- Davis Pub

Bring your friends and family for a night of beyond-the-norm pub fare. Our one-
night-only menu will feature specials like corned beef and cabbage, traditional
lamb stew, and more. Plus, order a 20-oz pint of Guinness, and get your own pint
glass to take home! (One per person.)

Tuesday, March 13
T-Shirt Tuesday

Come grab a beer and get your St. Pat’s gear! Pre-order their St. Patrick’s 2012
t-shirts (custom designed by de Vere’s) between now and March 13. Then come
pick it up and have a pre-St. Pat’s pint at the pub! Order your t-shirt in advance

Whiskey Wednesday

6pm-8pm
We have the biggest whiskey offering in town…come take advantage of it!
Join our in-house experts and ambassadors from various whiskey labels for
tastings and, education, and inventive cocktails. You’ll be able to bounce around
multiple tasting stations to expand your palate, enjoy 50% off Whiskey Society
memberships, and try some new and inventive whiskey cocktails.

Kings Fan Friday

The Sacramento Kings are playing the Boston Celtics at Power Balance Pavilion,
and we’re offering discounted tickets to the game. You can also order the
exclusive St. Patrick’s 2012 t-shirt and pick it up at the game—we’ll have a tent
outside the Kings Store. A portion of all ticket and t-shirt proceeds benefits the St.
Baldrick’s Foundation.

ST. PATRICK’S DAY PUB PARTY

Doors open 8am in Sacramento & 9am in Davis

The Ireland vs. England Rugby game starts airing live at
10am! There’s no better place to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than at de Vere’s,
the only Irish-owned, Irish-run operated, and authentically Irish pub in
Sacramento. Even better? There’s no cover! (Note: We won’t be serving brunch
on this day.)
