Donation Request Requirements

  • All requests must be received 30 days prior to the event
  • Request must provide e-mail address
  • Request must provide non-profit 501c3 & valid 9-digit Federal Tax ID number
  • One donation maximum per organization, per year
  • We do not provide cash or catering as donations
  • Must be located within 25 minutes of the restaurant
  • Please provide the following:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Organization Name
    • 9-digit Non-Profit Federal Tax ID number
    • Telephone Number
    • Mailing Address
    • City
    • State
    • Zip
    • Email Address
    • Event Date
    • Event Description
