Melt #4, mmmmmmmmm. Thank you for the generous portion of tuna meat, that really made the difference. Tuna melts often are too tangy and crunchy with celery, but the deVere's melt balanced the celery, capers, and onions very nicely. I will miss the melts, but hope to see some of them show up as specials throughout the year.

Late in reviewing this one... I've enjoyed the Melt a Week and looked forward to the Pulled Pork. Well, I liked it, a lot, but it tasted very similar to the Pig Slider that is already on the menu, which I like too. I have enjoyed the original tastes with these melt so and that point I was a little disappointed, but only a little - I really did like the sandwich. New England Clam Chowder on the side too, which is wonderful at deVere's

Just got the Jalapeno Popper melt in on the last day. I'm not a jalapeno popper fan, but I really enjoyed this melt, I think that the cream cheese made the difference for me. Fortunately, tomato bisque was the soup for the day, so a cup of that with this melt, and a pint of Guinness, made for an overall great meal.

I tried this melt on Saturday, glad I was able to get it in before the end of the week. Paired with a cup of the New England Clam Chowder, which was the soup of the day, and a Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye it made for an outstanding lunch. I really liked this sandwich and I hope that it shows up again in the future as a special.
