Last month, we kicked off our first-ever “Lighter Side of Ireland” food series with the refreshing Seaside Menu. This month, we’re getting rustic with a Farmhouse Menu, which debuted this week. Flavorful cuts of meat…crisp vegetables…fresh-picked, juicy fruits. Are you hungry yet?

Even more mouthwatering is the fact that our prolific chefs (it’s unreal how many unique dishes they dream up every month) have sourced the most satisfying ingredients from local growers.
