Summer is officially here, which means it’s time to reveal our first Lighter Side of Ireland menu for 2012! Here is your opportunity to try some less-traditional Irish fare, filled with fresh ingredients. These lighter options will change every month. Here’s what’s available for the month of June.

ARUGULA SALAD, $6.50
Arugula and baby spinach, shaved fennel, spring onion, cherry tomato, candied brown bread, goat cheese, and pear vinaigrette.

 

CRISPY PORK BELLY, $9
Crispy pork belly, green beans, roasted spring onion, and dijon veal sauce.


GRILLED LAMB RACK, $16
Grilled lamb rack, sauteed kale, chioga beets, walnuts, and Serrano chimichuri.
